New to the business? We offer a quick start program that enables an agent to reasonably expect to earn $100,000 or more the second or third year in the business.  Instead of a two year runner or intern program, we put agents to work the first day with training from the two partners and close supervision from a senior agent.  We have found that "jumping into the fire" is far more productive than being a runner with minimal incentives.  Because this is a relationship business, it is important to start developing valuable relationships as soon as possible.  We have also discovered that being labeled as a "runner" actually hurts the agent's business once they become a full-fledged salesperson.  We have proven that we can take inexperienced but talented individuals and turn them into agents who can compete with much more experienced agents and earn significant incomes (without earnings ceilings).
